Court of Appeals Reverses Decision to Dismiss Case
The New York State Court of Appeals recently reversed a decision by the lower court that granted a Motion for Summary Judgement to dismiss the case. Howard Altschule is serving as a Weather Expert for the Plaintiff. The case is pressing on through Court system since the dismissal was reversed.
